We often talk about healing through the context of our mental, emotional or spiritual bodies, but our physical bodies are the manifesters of the others…and all must work together. Today’s episode touches on the transition that led our guest, Kristel Bauer to create her brand Live Greatly, the fundamentals around how traditional medicine is approached in the United States and how to define Integrative medicine.

We also learn that we don’t have to make sacrifices to pursue our dreams. That we can truly have intentions to source our energy for our lives from a place of Joy.

Kristel Bauer PA-C started her brand Live Greatly to inspire others to awaken to their ultimate potential. She founded Live Greatly to share her findings on how best to achieve optimal health in mind, body, & spirit and attain success. Kristel’s mission is to bridge the gap between conventional Western Medicine and Integrative and Holistic healing modalities including meditation and mindfulness.
