Kind words are a creative force, a power that concurs in the building up of all that is good, and energy that showers blessings upon the world."
—Lawrence G. Lovasik

The power of words has changed my life many times but one of the most powerful ways in which I had to discover the way I used my OWN words was when I was asked to observe how I talk to myself.

Many of us spend a lot of our energy talking negatively to ourselves and I was definitely not the exception. I had no idea how mean and unkind I was to myself. And not just to myself but also the self-talk permeated into areas of my life around the things that I did. Like one of my favorite reframes I refer to is the small question “what if it were easy?”

We could all use the occasional self-talk tune-up. In this episode we break down a way to begin and if you're familiar with how this process works, it's the perfect reminder to check in with ourselves again. Enjoy!
