Each week we’ll ask a question of our subconscious mind by saying it consciously…with some context.
What would it feel like to just ask yourself for the changes you’d like to see? To start to think differently about things in your life you would like to change simply by asking yourself…a small question.
How it works: you ask a question that does not need to be answered in the moment.
Why it works: your brain does not know how to deny a question. It is designed to answer it. But by asking it in this way…it’s your subconscious mind that does the work for you. Ask and then just let it go. Your subconscious brain will do the work for you.
